Disappointing Customer Service Experience 

The recent experience with customer service has been notably frustrating due to their poor customer service. Despite sending a detailed inquiry I have yet to receive any form of acknowledgment or response. My initial communication was directed to Mrs. T, a member of their customer service team, but since then, there's been a complete lack of communication.

 The absence of a timely response or even a basic acknowledgment of my query reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. This ongoing silence has left me in a state of uncertainty, not knowing if my concerns are being addressed or simply ignored.

What amplifies the disappointment is the lack of clarity regarding Mrs. T association with the company. Whether she is still employed there or not, I expected the customer service department to handle the transition smoothly and ensure that customer inquiries are not left unattended.

This experience has been a clear example of bureaucratic inefficiency and a lack of professional courtesy. It’s disheartening to see such a disregard for customer concerns, and it certainly diminishes my confidence. I hope this review serves as a call to action for the company to reevaluate and improve their customer service protocols.
